Mail Ordering Information and Terms of Business
Whilst every effort is made to keep product prices stable and competitive they may be subject to alteration at short notice due to changes with my suppliers pricing policies or manufacturing costs.
If you require any products not listed in the website contact me for a price quote. This also applies to products made to your individual specifications.
All dispatch times quoted start once payment has been received.
 
 In Stock: these products are ready for sale, allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
 
 Made to Order: once an order has been received a new batch of product will be hand-crafted. Allow up to 6 - 8 working days for dispatch.
Out of Stock: I am awaiting delivery of stock or about to re-order stock. Allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.
Special Order: Allow 15 working days for dispatch.
Whilst every effort is made to conform to these guidelines there may be occasions when this is not possible. I will contact you if this is the case.

UK Delivery times: Allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery of small packets up to 1.5kg. These packets are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. For heavier parcels above 1.5kg allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. These parcels are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Airmail: Royal Mail Airmail service is used for the dispatch of small packets outside of the UK. Only packets up to 2kg can be posted. For European destinations allow up to 3 working days and for Worldwide allow up to 5 working days.
All postage costs are calculated by weight.
There is a .75p surcharge per order to cover the costs of packing and delivery to the Post Office.
All small packets up to 1.5kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and charged at cost.
All parcels over 1.5kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels and charged at cost.
All European and Worldwide small packets are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and charged at cost. Only weights up to 2kg can be posted abroad.

PayPal: This website can take payment via debit/credit card. This transaction is carried out on PayPal''s secure server which has 128 bit encryption. Cash: If you live locally and wish to call at the clinic in person to collect your order, you are more than welcome. By appointment only. Do not send cash in the post.
Website: Browse the site, finding the product you wish to purchase. Click Add To Cart to add 1 product to your basket. Quantities can be adjusted on the shopping cart page by clicking on the + symbol, or deleted by clicking Remove. To carry on shopping click Add More from the shopping cart page. To stop shopping and proceed to payment options, or if you want to know how much the postage and packing costs will be, click Checkout . You will be directed to an order form page where you can view your order total including p & p charges, remember to choose your postal area from the drop down box. If you wish to carry on shopping, click Add More. To change your order, click Modify. To carry on to payment options fill out the order form and click Continue. You will then be directed to a Thank you for your order page, I have now received your order via e-mail. If you wish to make payment via PayPal, click on the PayPal logo. If you would like to make payment by another method I will initialy contact you by telephone, if unsuccessful I will e-mail, to arrange another method, see the Payment Options section above.

Post: Write clearly your order details, (making sure the postage and packing charges are correct and included) name, address and contact telephone number, enclosing your cheque or postal order. You can also contact me for an Order Form to be posted out to you.
Damaged Goods: If you are unfortunate to receive a damaged parcel telephone 01458 250101 within 3 days so arrangements can be made for a replacement order.
Shortages: Telephone 01458 250101 immediately so the problem can be rectified.
Lost Orders: Contact me if you have not received your order within 5 working days of the expected due date.
